Made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Shiraz grapes, grown in the Golan Heights and in the Upper Galilee, and manually harvested. The wine aged for 22 months in French oak barrels.
Characterized by raspberry, cherry and caramel flavors, with a lingering, tart and varied finish.
