Founded in 2001 by two genius professors of winemaking science at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, this great winery produces around 25,000 bottles annually. We're fortunate to have acquired 50 cases of their 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon for your enjoyment. The winery sits on the western slopes of the Judean Hills! Their specialty is cold fermentation, which lets the fruit shine through Lots of fresh red berries on this wine!
