Dr. Yair Margalit is the father of the Israeli boutique wine phenomenon. A PhD chemist and author of winemaking texts used daily by small-winery winemakers throughout the world, he and current winemaker son Asaf produce some of the best premium wines in the Mediterranean. Their wines are elegant yet accessible, ready to drink now and yet made to improve with time. Their wines are the result of low yields and no irrigation of any kind, driving the roots down deep to bring you the taste of the land of Israel itself, from their two winery-owned vineyards in the Galilee and Binyamina.
