White Wines
I confess to being very anti-oak when it comes to white wines, so you'll see me bringing you crisp, fruity whites that go GREAT with food from the northern parts of Israel, which is the remains of ann ancient volcano - lots of ash and basalt which makes for clean minerally white wines!
