The 2007 Bikat Hanadiv, which is named after the valley that the vineyard are planted, is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The wine was aged in French oak barrel for 24 months and then continued to mature in botlles for another two years. We expect its development for the next 3-5 years.
This wine has a deep black color with a nose of black plums, blueberry, tobacco, hints of espresso and chocolate. Fullbodied wine with a long finish.
