Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually in a select vineyard in the northern Golan Heights, which is the optimal region in Israel for cultivating this grape variety. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. The wine is characterized by aromas and flavors of dried fruit, figs, and plums, and has a long soft finish.
