There are several good to very good wineries in Israel these days. But, not many like PELTER... They are a class above, top draw, quality people and wine all wrapped up in one fantastic wine experience. I like all of their wines, but especially the T-Selection. Its truly fantastic, and the way it should be, specifically this year and CS are really good. Get it, and you will see what I am talking about. It's tough to get in the US thesedays, but even tougher in Israel. I hope to go and visit them next time in Israel.

I tasted this wine last summer at their winery in the Golan Heights. After getting lost the requisite 3 times on the way to the facility (its behind a chocolate factory), we were treated to a wonderful tasting of their entire portfolio. It was excellent. This wine was their best, as good as many of the cab based wines you get from California. My wife and I felt that this winery was among the best we visited.

Absolutely superb. Full bodied without any harsh tones whatsoever. The only dissapointment is when the last sip is taken.
