Deep ruby color with no rim variation. Full bodied and elegant with a good structure, firm tannins & pleasant finish. Notes of white peppercorn, sour cherry, mulch, oak, vanilla and licorice.

Aged for 18 months in oak barrels and left unfiltered.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Syrah, 5% Petit Verdot
