The grapes were handpicked from four different vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. A well balanced, medium bodied elegant wine. The soft tannins, fresh acidity and focused finish make this wine a great accompaniment to any meal.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
