Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes harvested manually in Haruach Vineyard, Merom Golan. The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. It is characterized by bell pepper, white pepper, pecan, and tobacco. This is a full bodied and earthy wine with a unique finish.
