Try a Provence wine from the Galilee. Straw colored; lemony, apricot and a hint floral aromas. Medium bodied and with good complexity, and a long broad flavored finish.
Try a medium body southern Rhone white from the Galilee. Restrained aromas of citrus and Mediterranean herbs. Fresh with good acidity with a well-balanced finish.
