The wine is comprised of 100% Carignan from a plot age 40 years old. The wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and matured in bottles for two years before being released to the market. It has a dark purple color and is rich in dark fruit, black pepper and vanilla. Good acidity with full body and an abundance of spices that integrate well with the fruit. There is a long finish with hints of orange peel and chocolate.
