Varietals: an original blend associating Barbera to a typical Rhône trio.
Syrah – 45%, Grenache – 20%, Barbera – 20%, Mourvedre – 15%
Production: Hand harvest, Natural, indigenous yeast fermentation in Open-Top vats. Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels (mainly 400 liter barrels) (Alcohol 14.5%)
Style: Mediterranean. Rich and complex, although surprisingly drinkable, soft and very well balanced.
