70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot.
Characterized by aromas and flavors of cocoa, violet blossom, raspberry, vanilla and black cherry. The harvest is manual. Each strain was fermented separately and aged in French oak barrels. After blending it underwent further aging in large wooden barrels. The wine was aged for a total of 14 months in French oak barrels.
