Dry red wine. 13% Alc. Solid tannins and a medium, but closer to full body. The dark, bold and clear purple color is reached by filtering the wine, stabilizing, and closely supervising that it doesn´t get damaged by oxygen. The wine should be served at 16 degrees Celsius. It goes well with meat stews and blue cheeses.
