Dry red wine. 13% Alc. A medium-full body, soft tannins, and delicate acidity. The deep, bold, and clear red color is reached by roughly filtering, stabilizing, and closely supervising the wine so that it doesn´t get damaged by oxygen. The wine should be served at 16 degrees Celsius. It will go wonderfully well with hard cheeses and low-fat meats such as sirloin and chicken and with light dishes such as pasta and salmon.
